Who We Are
We are a collective of punks who are taking part in the punk scene. The Alliance was started around May of 2001. We look at working the punk scene rather than complaining about it, as many here have. The efforts that are working here are making a good scene & I'd like to say thanks for everyone who being active in making our scene what it is. Mobey & Boneless Mike are huge Star Wars fans (& yes, the HXC Alliance is a Star Wars pun). We are very anti rascist, anti sexist & for gay rights. What We Do
We promote shows in the Fargo,ND/Moorhead,MN area,
bands get in touch through e-mail or phone with Mobey or Myke. We have the Skate Punks video wich we are really pushing along. We are compleatly non-profit & have no intention to rip anyone off, all profits will go strait back into the label. We will also have T-shirts coming in the next couple of months.
About The Skate Punks Video
In my opinion punk & skateboarding go hand in hand wich was one of the main reasons for starting this.
It's an all underground punk skate vid, no pro's, no rock stars, just the kids who do this because they love it. For the sound we got almost hit every kind of punk, HXC, old school, crust, street punk, pogo, drunk, SXE, political, non political. Not much of something like this has been done before that I've seen. Closest thing I've seen has been the beer city video's & they are good but it's all pro's & we want to give the am's a shot. It seems that most skate video's have only 1 or 2 punk songs (if any at all), other wise it's usally just metal, rap or emo. This will be true to the streets & will be well worth the effort when it's compleate. Skate hard & stay true.
